フランスでは日本よりも働く女性が多くいますので

フランスの産後ケアは昔から多く行われています。
ペリネケアとは助産師さんが女性の膣に直接指を入れて骨盤底筋にアプローチして収縮を促すことを示します。
完全に機能不全がありブカブカな状態になっていた場合は電気や機械で収縮をさせることをが出来るように薬局でこのアイテムが売っているようです。これを購入して助産師さんが処方箋を出してくれるらしいです。それで、患者さんは自宅で勝手に自分でトレーニングするみたいです。
出産後の骨盤底筋の回復
出産時に赤ちゃんが骨盤底筋をくぐりぬける際に、骨盤底筋が損傷する場合があり、骨盤底の神経も損傷する方もいます。
日本では４人に１人が骨盤底筋に不具合があると言われています。
おならが出たとか、痔になったとか、尿漏れがあったり、、お風呂で膣の中にお湯が入ってしまう（湯漏れ）があります。
日本では症状があるのにケアしていないケースが多いんです。
うちでは、助産師さんが直接膣に手を入れてするケアはしていませんが、必要があれば、院長が産後骨盤底筋群の簡単なトレーニングケアの指導も行っています。
